There are four common types of insulation:

United Spray Foam LLC is pre-cut panels that are usually made from cotton or fiberglass and are easy to install, but not as tightly as other insulation options. It is relatively inexpensive but does not provide as high an R-value as other insulation types.
Spray foam insulation is applied with special equipment and expands upon curing, filling gaps, cracks, and holes and providing excellent R-value. It is also a good option for attics with many obstacles or limited headroom.
